“It feels like I just packed away my Christmas tree, and somehow I’m already getting ready to pull it all back out again next weekend,” says the founder of Bella Vita Alchemy. “This year, I’m committing to a different kind of holiday preparation—one rooted in intention, wellness, and nourishment.”
With that spirit in mind, Bella Vita Alchemy is launching its Winter Wellness Journey, a 90-day guided experience running from the Winter Solstice (December 20th) through the Spring Equinox (March 19th). The journey is designed to help participants realign with the natural rhythms of their body and the world around them. Through supportive routines, reflective practices, and seasonal wisdom, participants are empowered to move through winter with greater clarity, resilience, and vitality.
In addition to the 90-day challenge, Bella Vita Alchemy will host our exclusive January Workshop—a 90-minute gathering focused on staying healthy using folk medicine, herbs, and tried-and-true wellness habits to support immunity and balance throughout the cold months.
